An Energy Survey of a property will involve a visit to the subject property by one of our fully qualified home inspectors who will record details of the elements and services which are used in the production of the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
Before the inspection begins, the seller will be asked a few simple questions to assist the inspector in producing the EPC. A brief explanation will be given of how the survey will be undertaken, in which order and which areas of the property will be covered.
On average, a survey will take in the region of 1 hour during which time a full set of floor plans with accurate measurements will be drawn up. The information collected will be keyed into our secure software and the EPC produced and delivered on the same day. Click on the picture below to download a sample EPC in pdf format.
